绿色食品蔬菜生产的配套技术

摘　　要：通过科学实验和生产实践，总结了青浦县梅桥园艺场，奉贤县维奇特食品公司和崇明县前卫特种蔬菜园艺场三个基地绿色食品蔬菜的生产和管理技术。自1995～1997年共抽检了13种蔬菜75个样品中污染物残留状况，检测结果全部符合绿色食品的要求。1996年三个基地共生产绿色食品蔬菜8629t，平均产值8．6万元人民币／hm2。Through scientific tests and production practices, a set of production and management techniques in green food vegetable production at the following bases: Meiqiao Horticultural Farm of Qingpu County,Weiqite Food Co. Ltd. of Fengxian County and Qian-wei Special Vegetable Farm of Chongming County were summarized. From 1995 ~ 1997, 75 samples in all were taken from 13 species of vegetables for determining the rates of residual pollutants. The results showed that all the tested samples met the requirements for green food vegetables. In these bases,8 629 tons of green food vegetables were produced altogether in 1996 with an average output value of 86 000 yuan per hectare.
