摘 要:通过求解简化的玻尔兹曼方程求出了各向同性纯金属的电导率,并探讨了金属中自由电子的电传导的微观机理,结果表明:对金属电导有贡献的只是费米面附近的电子,能量比费米能级低得多的电子,由于泡利不相容原理的限制,不能够从电场中获取足够的能量而改变状态参与导电.This article simplified the Boltzmann equation through the solution to extract the isotropic fine metal conductivity, and has discussed in the metal the free electron electricity conduction microscopic mechanism, the result indicated: It is the electron which around the surface of Fermi that make a contribution to metallic conductance, the electrons whose energy are lower than a Fermi level, because of the limit of Pauli's not Accommodating Principle , cannot gain enough energy from the electric field to change the condition of participation with electric conduction.
