摘 要:资源基础理论认为企业拥有"异质性"的核心资源是获得竞争优势的关键。很多学者对核心资源所具有的特性进行了分析,但很少有人研究辨识核心资源的具体模式。针对这一问题笔者面向竞争优势的形成提出顾客价值性、竞争性、可模仿复制性、可控性、战略性等五个核心资源检验指标,并以此为基础建立竞争优势形成演示图,分别从企业外部与内部辨析形成竞争优势的核心资源。Resource-based view points out the possession of "heterogeneity" core resource is potential critical to the corporation to obtain competition advantage. A number of scholars have analyzed the characteristics of core resource, but few people deeply research the model of how to identify the core resource. Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward five indexes, customer value, competition, unimitativeness, controllability and strategy, to promote the modern corporation development with competition advantage. Finally, based on these five indexes, we establish the model of competition advantage and then identify the core resource to establish the competition advantage from inside and outside.
