摘  要:在β-环糊精(β-CD)和TritonX-100存在下,基于镉与2-(5-溴吡啶-2-偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)的显色反应,建立了分光光度法测定电镀废水中镉的新方法。络合物的最大吸收波长为570nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.40×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,镉量在10~800μg/L范围内服从比尔定律,线性回归方程为A=0.0856 ρ+0.0012,r=0.9991。方法用于电镀废水中微量镉的测定,相对标准偏差为2.5%~3.2%,加标回收率为98.0%~102.0%,测定结果同原子吸收光谱法的测定结果相吻合。Based on the colour reaction of Cd(]]) and 2-[-(bromo-2-pyridyl)-azo]-5-diethyl- aminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) in the presence of fl-cyclodextrin(fl-CD) and TritonX-100, a new method was found for the determination of cadmium in galvanized waste water by spectrophotometry. The absorption maxima of the complex is at 570 nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 2.40 × 10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 10 ~ 800 μg/L for Cd([D. The regression equation of calibration curve is as follows. A=0. 085 6 ρ+ 0. 001 2. The correlation coefficient is 0. 999 1. The method has been applied to the determination of trace cadmium in galvanization waste water with the relative standard deviation of 2.5% -3.2% and the recovery of 98.0%-102.0%. The results of this method are in good agreement with those of AAS.
