摘　　要：细胞因子在翼状胬肉发病机理的研究日益受到重视，但其具体发病机制尚不明确。本文就翼状胬肉组织中异常表达的细胞因子的结构、来源、发病机制、生物学特性等方面进行综述，以便如何对细胞因子的分泌进行有效调控的研究，从而进行有效的调控对翼状胬肉的防治及防止复发具有重要意义。The cell factor in the wing shape meat pathogenesis research day by day to receive takes, but it specifically pathogenesis still was not clear about. This article cell aspect and so on factor structure, origin, pathogenesis, biology characteristic which exceptionally expresses on the wing shape meat organization in carries on the summary, how in order to carries on effective regulative to the cell factor secretion the research, thus carries on the effective regulation to wing shape meat preventing and controlling and prevented recurs has the vital significance.
