摘　　要：中国、泰国先后加入世贸组织，做出了进行国际教育服务贸易的有关承诺。这标志着中泰两国的教育领域在遵循国际惯例和国际规则的基础上，全方位地参与国际教育服务贸易的竞争。国际教育服务贸易是以高等教育为贸易主要标的物的、发生在国家（地区）与国家（地区）之间的教育服务的交易活动和交易过程。由于国际教育服务贸易具有高度的专业性和技巧性、过程的持续性和互动性、盈利与社会公益双重性以及服务效果的长远性，By analyzing the uncertainties of the international education development in China-Thailand markets, this paper will describe the un-equilibrium characteristics in the markets. Generally, the markets have abided by the supply-demand rule, however, the development of the markets has many uncertainties. In order to keep a sustainable development, it is necessary to reduce the marginal cost of information searching and improve its marginal benefits.
