摘　　要：文章从企业性质、企业成长的动力这两个维度,比较分析了国内外企业成长性评价指标体系,指出其存在的问题,提出了快速成长型企业评价指标体系研究的发展方向。From the two dimensions： the property and growth momentum of enterprises, the evaluation index system of the domestic and foreign enterprises is comparatively analyzed. Based on the analysis, the existing problems are pointed out and the development direction of evaluation index system about rapidly growing enterprises is brought forward.
