摘　　要：JIT(Just In Time)是由日本丰田汽车公司独创的一种生产方式。现已在欧美企业中推行开来,并产生了巨大的经济效益。而我国的众多企业在引进这种先进的生产方式时,由于没有把握其精髓,盲目实施,导致了失败。对JIT现场管理特点进行分析,目的是帮助企业正确认识、实施JIT。The JIT （Just In Time）is a kind of mode of production that be design the Japanese Toyota automobile company specially by.Have already promoted to open in Euro-American business enterprise now ,and produce the enormous economic benefits. But the numerous business enterprises of our country while introducing such advanced mode of production,not sure its marrow, implement blindly,has caused the failure.This text manages the characteristics to carry on the analysis to the JIT on the scene, purpose is help the business enterprise right understanding, implement JIT.
