摘　　要：教师专业化是世界教师教育的发展趋势与潮流,教师专业发展正在引起和受到人们越来越多的重视。在厘定教师专业发展和校本教研涵义的基础上介绍了教师专业发展的历史沿革,论证了校本教研是教师专业发展的历史选择。　Teachers＇ specialization is an inevitable trend to the global educational development.The development of teacher profession is attracting more and more attention.Based on the development of teachers＇ specialization and its connotation,the author makes a profound study on the historical progress of the development of teachers＇ specialization.In this way he points out school-based teaching and research is the historical choice for teachers＇ professional development.
