摘　　要：冠心病是由多种危险因素引起的一种复杂的遗传病,近年来,应用单核苷酸多态性研究冠心病的易感因素的遗传基础成为热点,本文就冠心病的易感基因的单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的关系进行综述。Coronary heart disease is a complicated hereditary disease caused by many risk factors.Recently using mononuleotide polymorphism to study the heredity basis related to predisposing factor of coronary heart disease is becoming hot spot.This article reviews relationship of coronary disease with mononucleotide polymorphism of its predisposing factors.
