摘　　要：处在观念多元、利益多样、职业自主、生活个性和结群多向的社会背景下,一部分大学生形成了"新新人类"的另类价值,部分大学生中出现公共道德素质下降的现象已经成为社会关注的焦点问题。本文从责任感、价值取向、理想、崇高精神等几个方面阐述当代大学生公共道德素质存在的主要问题,进一步分析其中的原因并提出相应的教育对策。Occupies the idea multi-dimensional, the benefit diverse, the occupation independent, the life individuality and ties under the social background which the group approaches, part of university students have formed the ＂ New Human Being＂＇s different value. This causes in the partial university students to appear the phenomenon which the public moral quality drops, already became the focal point question which the society paid attention. This article from the sense of responsibility, the value orientation, the ideal, the lofty spirit and so on several aspects elaborates the contemporary university student public moral quality existence main question, further analyzes reason and proposes the corresponding education
