摘　　要：睡眠障碍与遗传、激素水平、功能神经解剖、中枢神经递质及受体水平等相关。本文从睡眠及睡眠障碍的基础研究与临床研究两个方面进行了探讨。以期进一步探讨睡眠障碍的成因及防治策略。Sleep disorder is related to heredity, hormone level, functional neurotomia, central neurotransmitter and receptor levels etc. This paper explored the basic and clinical research of sleep and sleep disorder to study its cause and prevention and treatment tactic.
