三层次开放实验室是培养学生创新能力的有效形式

摘　　要：目前国内仍有许多高校进行实验教学时学生仍然按照同一课程表同时进入实验室，做同一实验，按照同一模式进行培养，这不利于学生个性的发展，不利于学生创新能力的培养。只有通过实验室开放，为不同水平的学生提供条件，发挥学生的潜力，实行三层次开放：提高-扬优-早期进入科研，才是培养学生创新能力的有效形式。So far experimental education in domestic universities and college leads students entering into laboratory according to the same curriculum schedule, offers the same experimentation and cultivates students with the same teaching patterns, which will go against the development of individuality and the cultivation of innovative capacity. The opening of laboratory, especially the tri-level opening： basic training, comprehensive training, early approaching to scientific research, which supplies opportunities for students at different levels and motivates their individual potential, will he the effective model of the cultivation of students＇ innovative capacity.
