摘　　要：目的：评价外伤后前牙即刻种植的临床效果。方法：12例共16颗因外伤缺失的前牙在急诊就诊时植入种植体,5-6个月后行二期手术或冠部修复。结果：16颗种植体完全成功13例,基本成功3例,修复后至最后一次复查,所有种植体无松动、脱落,无胶原膜暴露、感染,均完成义齿修复。结论：外伤后即刻种植是可行的,维持初期稳定性是即刻种植成功的基础,即刻种植牙具有避免牙槽骨吸收,种植体位置与轴向好,修复美学效果好等优点。Objective. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of immediate implantation in the traumatically area. Methods：Twelve cases underwent immediate implant surgery for 16 dental implants immediately after the traumatically teeth were extracted. The second stage operation and（or） final restoration were performed 5-6 months on average postoperatively. Results： Among 16 implants, 13 were complete success, the others were also good. We traced the effect of the treatment in the following 18 months,all implants achieved good clinical results without loosen, dislocation or collagen membrane exposure. Conclusion.The method of immediate implantation which take place in the traumatically area is feasible. This method can avoid rudimental bone tissue absorption anortant fracture.
