电子胃镜和16层螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:比较电子胃镜和16层螺旋CT在胃癌诊断中的价值。方法:对40例胃癌待排患者行电子胃镜和16层螺旋CT检查,胃癌TNM分期,将其结果与手术病理结果进行对比。结果:电子胃镜正确分型28例,准确率为82.35%;16层螺旋CT正确分型33例,准确率为94.29%。16层螺旋CT胃癌的TNM分期与手术病理分期线性相关(CMH检验,QCMH=24.183,P<0.001)。结论:在胃癌的Borrmann分型、TNM分期方面,16层螺旋CT占优势,且16层螺旋CT进行胃癌的术前TNM分期是可行的。Objective：To compare the role of multi spiral CT in the evaluation of gastric carcinoma with the electronic gastroscope. Methords：Forty patients with gastric carcinoma or peptic ulcer （gastric carcinoma was considered yet） diagnosed by clinic were performed with electronic gastroscope first and then detected by MSCT with rapid enhanced dynamic scanning. The results and materials with pictures of diagnosis, classification based on Borrmann＇s, staging of MSCT were noted and compared with surgical pathologic findings. Results： Classification and staging compared with surgical pathologic findings,the accuracy of Borrmann＇s classification was 82.35 % and 94.29% by electronic gastroscope and multi spiral CT respectively. Multi spiral CT could make the veracity of TNM, there was positive correlation in the staging of gastric carcinoma between multi spiral CT and surgical pathologic findings with CMH standard analysis（P〈0.001）. Conclusion：The performance of multi spiral CT is superior to electronic gastroscope in the sensitivity of Borrmann＇s classification and the capable of providing staging information.
