颈动脉滴注瘫康灵治疗恢复期脑卒中疗效观察  

Observation of the Treatment Effects on Convalesent Stroke Patients with Tankangling Common Carotid Infusion

摘　　要：对68例恢复期脑卒中病人采用颈动脉加压滴注瘫康灵治疗,结果显示治疗后患者肌力及Barthel生活指数明显提高(P<0.05),且在恢复早期治疗效果优于恢复期后期。68 cases of convalesent stroke patients were treated with the method of Tan Kang Ling common carotid infusion . The results showed that the muscle strength and Barthel Life Index of the stroke patients were improved significantly (P<0.05 ), and the effect in early convalesent stroke is better than in later. It indicated that the method of common carotid infusion is an effective one that cure convalesent stroke, and this method can improve the quality of life of stroke patients and reduce the disablitity and the burden of the family and the society.
