摘 要:目的建立短波近红外光谱法测定葛根中总异黄酮含量的方法。方法应用吸光光度法测定葛根中总异黄酮的含量,并在此基础上建立葛根中总异黄酮含量的短波近红外数学模型。结果在850—1100nm分析谱区内,建模样品集的标准值与短波近红外预测值的相关系数r=0.981,检验样品集的标准值与短波近红外预测值的相关系数r=0.972。结论应用短波近红外光谱法测定葛根中总异黄酮含量的方法是可行的。Objective To determine the content of total isoflavones of P. lobata by short wave near infrared spectrum. Methods Taking the content of total isoflavones of P. lobata by spectrephotometry as the reference value, we established the short wave near infrared mathematical model of the content of total isoflavones of P. lobata. Results 850 - 1 100 nm was selected as our analysis spectra field, the result demonstrated that the correlation between the standard value of the modeling sample set and the short wave near infrared predictive value was 0.987, and the correlation between the standard value of the test sample set and the short wave near infrared predictive value was 0. 972. Conclusion Deteramination of the content of total isoflanones of P. lobata by short wave near infrared spectrum is feasible.
