摘  要:目的对七叶莲和广西鹅掌柴两种鹅掌柴属植物中挥发油的化学成分进行比较研究。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其进行了分离分析。结果七叶莲挥发油共鉴定出16个化合物,广西鹅掌柴挥发油共鉴定出了20个化合物,其中共有成分8个。两者所含的主要化学成分有很大差异,七叶莲挥发油中大部分是萜烯类化合物,以β-elemene和β-eudesmene和α-selinene为主,而广西鹅掌柴以α-curcumene,eudesm-7[11]-en-4-ol,1,4-dimethyl-8-isoproplderetricyclo(5,3,0,0(4,10))decan、Spathuleno为主。结论两者挥发油GC/MS分析图谱和成分存在明显差异。该方法快速、简便,可用于两者的分析鉴别。Objective To study the chemical constituent differentiation of essential oil from Schefflera arboricola Hayata (SAH) and Schefflera kwangsiensis Men'. ex Li. (SKM). Methods The essential oil was extracted with water distillation method and then analyzed with GC/MS. Results Sixteen compounds of the oil were identified from the SAH, and twenty compounds of the oil were identified from the SKM. But there was a marked differentiation between SAH and SKM. The main constituents of the oil of SAH were β - Elemene, β - Eudesmene and α - selinene. But the main constituents of the oil of SKM were α - Curcumene, Eudem - 7 [11] - en - 4 - o, 1,4 - Dimethyl - 8 - isoproplderetricyclo ( 5,3,0,0 ( 4,10 ) decan, Spathuleno. Conclusion There is great difference of analyzed chromatogram of GC/MS and constituents between SAH and SKM. The method is quick, simple and can be used to identify SAH and SKM.
