运动训练专业课程设置与复合应用型人才培养

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等,对我国部分体育院校运动训练专业课程设置进行比较分析。认为,上海体育学院运动训练专业培养目标定位较好,课程设置较合理;但应改革现行运动训练专业专项教学模式,增加副项、实验课比重;专项课教学中增加学生参与设计技战术训练方法和手段的机会;扩大限制选修课和任意选修课的选课范围,提高学生人文素养,以适应社会对复合应用型运动训练人才的需要。Using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire etc., it made a comparative analysis of sports training Specialized course offered and believed that the location of cultivation target of sports training specialty in Shanghai University of Sport was better, and course offered was more reasonable, but it＇s necessary to reform the current specialized teaching mode of sports training specialty, increase the proportion of subsidiary specialty and experimental classes, offer students more opportunities for the participation in designing the ways and means of technical and tactical training, enlarge the course-selecting scale of limitary and arbitrary selective courses and improve students＇ humanistic attainments, so as to fit in with the needs of the society for compound-applied-type sports training talent.
