摘　　要：分析知识经济时代对民营企业家传统经商观念与模式的冲击,并阐述我国民营企业家传统经商观念与模式存在问题,最后提出民营企业家经商观念与模式转变的基本思路。This paper analyzes the impacts of knowledge economy era on private sector entrepreneurs＇traditional business concept and pattern. It also investigates the problems existing on entrepreneurs＇traditional business concept and pattern, and put forward some ideas on the transformation of their business concepts and pattern.
