SURVIVIN、MMP-2在人膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的:研究存活素(Survivin)和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在人膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用SP免疫组化染色法,检测77例原发膀胱移行细胞癌和10例正常膀胱粘膜SURVIVIN、MMP-2的表达情况。结果:10例正常膀胱粘膜SURVIVIN、MMP-2均呈阴性表达。77例膀胱移行细胞癌中SURVIVIN及MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为59.7%、57.1%。SURVIVIN的阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期相关;MMP-2的阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期相关。结论:SURVIVIN、MMP-2在膀胱移行细胞癌的演变过程中起重要作用,可作为监测膀胱癌恶性程度和判断预后的指标。Objective：To study the relationship and clinical significance of survivin and matrix metalloproteinases 2 （MMP-2） expreasion in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods ： The expression of survivin and MMP-2 in 77 cases with bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder epithelium was detected by streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry methods. Results： The positive expression rate of survivin and MMP-2 was 59.7% and 57.1% respectively. No survivin and MMP-2 were found in normal bladder epithelium. Both survivin and MMP-2 were related to the tumor grade and clinical stage.Conclusion The positive expression of survivin and MMP-2 can be indicators to evaluate the severity of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its prognostic evaluation.
