摘　　要：综述了计算机辅助手术导航系统的基本原理、关键技术、分类,介绍了计算机辅助手术导航系统在脊柱外科的临床应用范围,对比分析各类脊柱外科导航系统的区别,并对其应用前景做出展望。This article reviewed the rudiments, key techniques and classification of computer assisted surgery systems, and introduced the clinical application of spinal computer assisted surgery. The differences between four spinal surgery navigation systems were analyzed and the prospect of spinal surgery navigation＇ s application was viewed.
