15例意识障碍脑电图临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]研究意识障碍患者脑电图的临床动态变化。[方法]回顾分析了我院15例意识障碍患者的脑功能状态及愈后情况。[结果]意识障碍患者的愈后与脑电图频率的快慢周期的长短及波幅的高低有直接的关系。[结论]脑电图对意识障碍程度的判断非常重要,经采取积极的措施可降低死亡率。[Objeetive]To study the clinical changes of electroencephalogram（EEG）of patients with disturbance of consciousness.[Methods]15 patients with disturbance of consciousness were analyzed retrospectively about their brain function state and prognosis.[Results]The prognosis of the patients with disturbance of consciousness was directly related to the frequency,cycle and amplitude of EEG.[Conclusions]EEG is of great importance to the diagnose of the grade of disturbance of consciousness.Positive measures can be taken to decrease the mortality rate.
