单向释药口腔溃疡贴片的研制

摘　　要：目的:研制治疗口腔溃疡的醋酸地塞米松单向缓释贴片制剂。方法:将醋酸地塞米松、卡波普、糊精、硬脂酸镁、丙烯酸树脂、二氧化钛、黄色素和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DEP)等经一定工艺,制作成由可溶性粘附性高分子材料和不溶性高分子材料组成的新型双层贴片,并对贴片进行含量测定和缓释透膜实验。结果:由可溶性高分子材料组成的含药粘贴层粘贴性能良好,能减缓醋酸地塞米松在口腔内的溶解,延长其作用时间,减少药物不良反应。由不溶性高分子材料组成的保护层,可使药物在口腔内缓慢溶解,减轻苦味和不适感,增加作用时间,提高疗效。结论:醋酸地塞米松双层单向缓释贴片是醋酸地塞米松治疗口腔溃疡的新剂型,值得在临床推广。Objective： To develop a type of slow- release bistmtal drug film which contains dexamethasoni acetate （DA） and can be used to treat oral ulcer. Methods： Including DA, Carbopol, dextrin, magnesium stearate, eudragit, titanium dioxide, yellowish pigment and dioctyl phthalate （DEP） , these ingredients were mixed by certain technique. Then a new type of bistratal drug film was made which contained both soluble and insoluble polymers layer. Ingredients of the film were measured and mucous membrane tests were done. Results. The soluble layer of the film could stick to mucous membrane well, postpone the liquefying and increae the influencing time of DA in oral cavity. It also had a good resorption quality, low dosage and little side- effects. While the insoluble layer could form a protection film postponing the liquefying of the content, decreasing the bitter taste together with uncomfortable sense and increasing the influencing time. So the therapeutic effect was improved, Conclusions： Slow- release bistmtal drug film made of DA is a new type medicine for treatment of oral ulcer.
