摘 要:本文研究采用广义预测控制GPC(Generalized Predictire Control)方法对火电厂锅炉过热汽温进行自动控制。通过仿真试验并同常规的PID型汽温调节系统比较表明,这种新型的控制规律将使汽温调节质量得到较大改善。文中还对GPC算法的鲁棒性进行了仿真研究,尽管被控对象的动态特性在较大范围内变化,但GPC算法使系统仍有良好的动态品质。因此,广义预测控制在锅炉过热汽温调节系统中的应用是很有前途的。This paper studies the application of the generalized predictive control(GPC) to the regulation of the superheat temperature of boiler. The GPC algorithm is stated briefly and the performance of the GPC system is compared with conventional PID-type temperature control system by simulation. The results show that the control quality of steam temperature can be improved obviously by this new control law. The robustness of the GPC system is also discussed in the paper. Although the dynamic characteristic of the controlled plant varies in a great extent, GPC control system still have good performance. It is believed that applying GPC to regulate the boiler steam temperature has hopeful prospects.
