摘　　要：VXIbus是VMEbus在仪器领域的扩展，由美国几家著名的电子仪器仪表公司联合开发成功的。它是现代电子自动测试仪器系统的发展方向，是计算机技术、测量技术和通讯技术紧密结合的产物。本文主要介绍VXIbus系统的产品与应用。VXI bus is an extension of VME bus in instrumentation field. It was developed jointly by a few American famous instrument companies and represnts the developing direction of modem electronic testing instruments and systems. This paper introduces mainly the products and its applications of VXI bus system.
