摘　　要：概述了齿轮公法线长度的概念及其跨测齿数的确定,介绍了一种大批量汽车齿轮生产中的齿轮公法线长度检测的新方法及检测原理。在该项目中,作者选用差动变压器传感器来构成检测系统。该检测方法相对千分尺检测方法来说,精度较高且快捷,能满足实际生产的需求。The concept of the gear common normal length and the determination of the number of teeth span measured were outlined, and a new method of gear common normal length detection and the detection principle in mass automobile gear production were introduced, The differential transformer sensor was selected to constitute the detection system. This detection method, comparing to the detection method of micrometer, has higher precision and is quick in measurement quickly, which can satisfy the demand of practical production.
