摘　　要：环境法的发展对传统的民事诉讼法产生挑战;针对环境法的挑战,环境民事诉讼要进行以下调整:扩大环境民事诉讼主体的范围,证明责任倒置、消除危险应成为重要的责任承担方式,适用特别诉讼时效等。The development of Environmental law challenges the traditional civil produce; Respond to the challenge of environmental law, civil environment produce should take following adjustments ： expanding the scope of the plaintiff in civil environment suit, inverting the burden of proof, eliminating danger, all of which becomes an important liability form, applying special litigation aging,etc.
