HPLC法同时测定叶下珠胶囊中没食子酸和柯里拉京的含量

摘　　要：建立了同时测定叶下珠胶囊中没食子酸和柯里拉京含量的HPLC法.该方法采用Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(0.1%磷酸),梯度洗脱,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为280nm,柱温为35℃.结果表明,没食子酸和柯里拉京分别在0.085～0.425mg/mL和0.105～0.503mg/mL时,质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程分别为Y=2123459X-546875(r=0.9992)和Y=1683451X-667327(r=0.9994),平均回收率分别为98.5%,97.6%,测得样品中没食子酸和柯里拉京的含量分别为14.84～18.13mg/g和17.19～21.84mg/g.A HPLC method for determination of contents of gallic acid and corilagin inYexiazhu capsules has been established. Separation was carded out on a Hypersil ODS2 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μn） with a gradient elution of the acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid and flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The UV detection was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was at 35 ℃. The experimental results showed that the recoveries of gallic acid and corilagin were 98.5% and 97.6%, respectively. The liner ranges were 0.085 - 0.425 mg/mL with a regression coefficient of 0.999 2 for gallic acid and 0.105 - 0.503 mg/mL with a regression coefficient of 0.999 4 for corilagin. The contents of gallic acid and corilagin were 14.84 - 18.13 mg/g and 17.19 - 21.84 mg/g, respectively,
