摘　　要：目的评价3种5-HT3受体拮抗剂预防和治疗顺铂引发呕吐的经济学效果。方法149例接受顺铂化疗的患者分为A、B、C组,分别给予昂丹司琼、格拉司琼、阿扎司琼预防和治疗呕吐,观察各组疗效,并进行最小成本分析。结果A、B、C组有效率分别为91%、88%、91%(P>0.05);成本分别为(293.38±97.31)、(244.48±105.16)、(450.19±184.56)元,P<0.01。结论格拉司琼防治顺铂引发呕吐经济性较佳。　Aim To investigate the economic effects of three 5-HT3 receptor antagonists in preventing and treating emesis caused by cisplatin.Methods 149 patients who had received the cisplatin chemotherapy were divided into group A,B and C and given separately Ondansetron,Granisetron and Azasetron to prevent and treat emesis.The curative effect of each group was observed and cost minimization analysis was carried out.Result The effective rates of group A,B and C were 91%,88% and 91%（P〉0.05） respectively,and the total costs were 293.38±97.31,244.48±105.16 and 450.19±184.56 yuan（P〈0.01） respectively.Conclusion Using granisetron to prevent and treat emesis caused by cisplatin is more cost-effective.
