摘　　要：经济领域的流动性的内涵广泛，现有的关于流动性的界定，大体上可分为宏观和微观两个层面。 从宏观经济角度，流动性主要是指与实际资产相对的金融资产，尤其是货币与资金。随着现代金融的发展，金融创新产品的不断涌现，流动性的概念也在不断延伸。The meaning of liquidity in economic field is comprehensive. Generally, the exiting definitions about liquidity can be separated into macroeconomic and microeconomic level. From the view of macro-economy, liquidity refers to financial （as opposed to real） assets, especially refers to money and fund. With the development of modern finance, and the appearance of various financial derivatives, the definition of liquidity continuously extends.
