内外双重连续缝合法双重睑成形术

摘　　要：目的探索一种双重睑成形术的新方法。方法用自行研制并已获国家专利的J形针尖有孔的双重睑缝合针和内外双重连续缝合法,对42例(84眼)符合入选条件的志愿者进行了上述手术,随访10年以上。结果每眼手术时间2～5min。全部获得了较满意持久的双重睑,无感染或其他明显的并发症。结论本缝合针和手术方法属于完全自主创新的产品和眼睑成形技术,安全、快速,成形效果美观而持久。Objective To study a new blepharoplasty method for double eyelid. Methods The “J” shape stitch with apertured at the needle point and inner-external double consecutive sewing method were devised by the author. Above surgery performed on 42 volunteers and were follow - up more than ten years. Results The whole procedure can be completed in 2 - 5 min. All of cases ob- tained satisfactory and long-term effective with double eyelid and there was no case with infection or other complications. Conclu- sions This method is safe, fast and may achieve long-term cos- metic effects.
