摘　　要：分析了图书馆进行ISO 9000质量认证的重要性、必要性,最后指出图书馆进行ISO 9000质量认证应注意的问题。The importance and feasibility of introduction of ISO 9000 into library management are analyzed and the problems involved in the implement of ISO 9000 in the quality control of libraries are discussed as well.
