摘　　要：馆员系统操作权限控制给ILASII 2.0系统管理和图书馆日常事务管理带来便利。但目前严格按岗位设置多级权限存在一定的缺陷,影响了馆员业务素质的全面提高,削弱了系统的功能效用。在系统管理中适当放宽操作权限,可全面提高图书馆员的业务素质和实际操作技能,更好地发挥ILASII 2.0系统的作用。The control of system operators＇ right is facilitated to the system management of RASH 2.0 and the daily business management of libraries. But the strictly multiple- grade control based on the librarians＇ post at present has some disadvantages that limit the improvement of librarians＇ overall professional quality, and weakerring the efficiency of the system. So,the librarians＇ operating right should be enlarged in the system to make them obligated to the strict regulations and rules and receiving the education and/or training of basic theory, ABC of library science and modem technology to improve their professional ability so as to take RASII 2.0 into fun play.
