从词源学视角探礼之起源  

On the Origin of Etiquette from Etymology

摘　　要：礼的起源是学术界长期存在分歧的一个问题。从"起源"一词的两个含义"开始发生"和"发生的根源"出发,可以寻找到以往分歧的根源;从礼包括礼仪和礼义表里两个层面分析,认为礼仪源于人类交往过程中反复使用的手势动作等人体语言,礼义则源于人类运用理性对欲望及情感的适度节制和规范;用学术研究的价值标准判断,认为礼之起源应是礼发生的根源,即礼源于人类理性对情感和欲望的节制和规范。The origin of etiquette is an issue existing divergences in academic circles for a long time. From the two meanings of the word ＂origin＂, the beginning of happening and the root of happening, the reasons of the past divergences are discovered in this article. From the analys conclusions are reached that rite originates from the body is that etiquette includes rite and ritual philosophy, the language of gestures and movements used repeatedly in human communication and that ritual philosophy originates from people＇s controlling and normalizing appropriately their desire and emotion with rationality. From the value standard of academic research, it is suggested that the origin of etiquette should be the root of etiquette happening, and etiquette originates from human＇s rational control and normalization of their appropriate desires and emotions.
