摘　　要：作为中国女性中素质优良、层次较高的一个群体,高校女教师是高等教育发展中不可忽视的人力资源。在知识经济时代,高校女教师要充分发挥强项优势,与时俱进,重塑自我,超越自我,力争做先进文化的传播者、终身学习的先行者、创新教育的实践者、健康心理的调控者、和谐校园的构建者。Colleges and universities women teachers, as a higher quality group in Chinese females, are noticeable human resources for the development of Chinese higher education. In knowledge economy time, they should fully display their superiority, advance with time, mould again and exceed ego, try to he disseminators of advanced culture, forerunner of lifelong study, practitioners of innovative education, regulators of healthy psychology,and constructors of harmonious campus.
