经阴道及经腹部超声对162例子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的诊断比较

摘　　要：目的比较经阴道超声(transvaginal ultresonography,TVU)及经腹部超声(transabdominal ultrasonography,TAU)对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病诊断价值。方法各由1名技术水平相当的医师,以双盲法分别对162例患者进行经腹部和经阴道超声检查,检查结果与手术后病理检查对照。结果对121例子宫肌瘤(包括单发、多发及合并腺肌病)、165个肌瘤病灶及50例腺肌病(包括合并肌瘤)患者的检出率,TVS与TAS两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TVS对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的诊断价值高于TAS。Objective To compare the diagnostic value for adenomyosis and leiomyoma of uterus with transvaginal and trandasbdominal ultrasound. Methods Two doctors with equal qualification detected respectively 162 patients by transvaginal ultrasonography（TVU） or transabdominal ultrasonography（TAU） in double blind method. Results The detection rate of 121 patients with leiomyoma of uterus （including single, multi-leiomyoma and complicating adenomyosis）, 165 patients with adenomyosis focus and 50 patients with adenomoyosis （including complicating adenomyosis） had statistical difference between TVU and TAU groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The diagnostic value of TVU is higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.
