新生农民职业培训的实践与建议——以资中县新型农民职业培训的实践为例

摘　　要："新生农民"是我国务工人员的主流。新生农民职业培训是农业劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移,推进我国工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的迫切需要。新生农民职业培训的实践取得了一定成效,也存在一些亟待解决的问题。应当从实践和政策的层面加以研究,提出相应的对策,促进新生农民职业培训更加科学、有效的开展。the fledgling peasant workers make up the majority of labor workers. It is essential for them to receive some skill training so that they can successfully transform from agricultural laborers into industrial workers and city residents. It＇s also conducive to industrialization, urbanization and the modernization of agriculture in some degree. Although the skill training practice has made some achievements, there still exist a lot of problems that require our immediate attention. The paper points out that we need to take both the practical situation and government policy into considerations when seeking for countermeasures so as to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.
