摘　　要：为了检测整经辊沟槽的磨损程度,自行设计了一套检测系统。系统由伺服电机、PLC、相机等组成。由伺服电机带动相机移动,由PLC进行速度控制及精确定位。相机拍摄的沟槽照片用以确认沟槽的磨损程度。该套系统使用效果良好,成本低。Independently designed a set of testing system to examine the attrition of combing roller slot. tt included servo electrical motor, PLC, camera and so on. Servo electrical motor impelled camera to move, and PLC carried on speed control and accurate localization. The photographs of slot used to confirm the attrition grade. This set of systems is designed for good effect and low cost.
