摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,颅脑外伤的发病率逐年升高,临床在诊治过程中存在着明显的过度医疗,依据循证医学的成果,对颅脑损伤诊疗过程中的过度医疗进行分析探讨,并提出了针对颅脑损伤过度医疗应采取的措施,获得最优化的诊疗方案。With the rapid development of economy, the rate of head injury diseases is increasing year by year, meanwhile over - treatment also arises in the course of diagnosis and treatment of head injury. This paper analyzes and discusses the problem of excessive medical care according to the achievement of the evidence - based - medicine and raises some countermeasures aimed at avoiding excessive medical care and cost for patients with head injury to achieve the best diagnosis and treatment scheme at the least medical cost.
