摘 要:实体瘤低氧区无法获得抗癌药且对放疗耐受,但却为厌氧菌的生长提供了良好的环境。利用厌氧菌趋低氧的特性靶向并破坏肿瘤低氧区,既可作为基因治疗的肿瘤特异载体又可以联合其他治疗增强其抗肿瘤效应。基于厌氧菌的细菌溶瘤治疗具有广阔的前景。Anticancer drugs are not accessible to hypoxic regions in human solid tumors and which are not sensitive to radiotherapy, but they provide a haven for anaerobic bacteria. Anaerobic bacteria have the tendency of migrating to hypoxia areas of tumor. So they not only can be used as tumor-specific vectors for gene therapy but also be administered together with other anticancer treatments to enhance their antitumor efficacy. Bacterial oncolysis therapy which are based on anaerobic bacteria has great promise as anticancer therapy.
