摘　　要：目的探讨NHE1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测NHE1蛋白在40例胃癌中的表达。结果NHE1蛋白在40例胃癌原发灶阳性表达率为82.50%。NHE1蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移关系密切,而与肿瘤分化程度无关。结论NHE1蛋白在胃癌侵袭转移中起重要作用,对判断预后具有重要意义。Objective To study the expression of Na^＋-H^＋ exchange-1 in gastric carcinoma and its involvment in tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of Na^＋-H^＋ exchanger-1 was detected in gastric carcinoma hy immunohistochemistry technology in 40 gastric carcinoma. Results 33 NHEI positive in 40 gastric carcinoma （82.50%）. there were significant correlation between the positive expression of NHE1 and depth of invasion ,lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion NHE1 plays important roles in the invasion and metasios of gastric cancer.
