摘　　要：介绍了图书馆人力资源管理的新内涵,探讨了对勤工俭学学生的管理办法,包括测评、工作设计及激励机制。This paper introduces the new connotations of human resource management of library, probes into the methods for the management of the part-time-job students including the assessment and evaluation, work design and excitation mechanism.
