摘　　要：分析了应收账款的形成原因及对企业的影响,从应收账款发生的事前、事中和事后几个阶段提出了企业加强应收账款管理的措施。This paper analyzes the reasons of the formation of the accounts receivable, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the management of the accounts receivable from the stages before, in and after the formation of the accounts receivable.
