摘　　要：阐述了图书馆员再教育的动力和现实,介绍了新时期建立图书馆员再教育的机制,提出了图书馆员再教育的新途径和激励机制。This paper expounds the driving force and reality of the reeducation of the librarians, introduces the mechanism for establishing the reeducation of the librarians in the new period, and puts forward some new paths and excitation mechanisms for the reeducation of the librarians.
