摘　　要：探讨了管理信息系统(MIS)的定义与其组成,分析了我国MIS的现状及存在的问题,提出了我国企业发展管理信息系统的对策。This paper probes into the definition and components of MIS, analyzes the present situation of and the problems existing in our country＇ s MIS, and puts forward some countermeasures for our country＇ s enterprises to develop the MIS.
