摘　　要：介绍了目前移动增值业务在国内外的发展情况,对各类移动增值业务使用技术及主要应用进行了分析,提出了发展移动增值业务面临的问题及应对措施。This paper introduces the developing situation of the mobile value-added services at home and abroad, makes analysis on the applied technologies for all kinds of the mobile value-added services technology and main applications of the mobile value-added services, and puts forward the problems existing in and some countermeasures for the development of the mobile value-added service.
