摘　　要：阐述了毕业设计的重要性与必要性,分析和总结了毕业设计的现状与存在的问题,并从科学选题、加强指导教师队伍建设、完善毕业设计过程管理等方面提出了保证毕业设计和答辩质量的措施。This paper expounds the importance and necessity of the graduation design, analyzes and sums up the present situation of and problems existing in the graduation design, and puts forward some measures for guaranteeing the quality of the graduation design and the oral defense from aspects of selecting the project scientifically, strengthening the construction of the ranks of guiding teachers, and perfecting the process management of the graduation design, etc.
