摘　　要：介绍了知识经济的概念与内涵,分析了知识经济对档案工作的影响,提出了知识经济时代档案工作的战略新思想。This paper introduces the concepts and connotations of the knowledge-based economy, analyzes the influences of the knowledge-based economy on the archives work, and advances the new strategic idea for the archives work in the times of knowledge-based economy.
