摘　　要：针对成长期家族企业人力资源管理的现状,分析了其所面临的主要问题与这些问题背后的深层原因,并提出了成长期家族企业人力资源管理的解决对策。According to the present situation of human resources management in developing family enterprises, this paper analyzes key problems faces by these enterprises and its reasons and provides solution to human resources management in developing family enterprises.
